What a splendid talk. Taking me back to my more studious days at university. A small segment of time spent in London and Berlin for one of my Masters design subjects. Evolving my palette of contemporary artists including Dan Flavin and Joseph Boeys.

My favourite quote of the evening was “there is a difference between eating an apple and talking about eating an apple..” Which was the perfect analogy of interactive art installations and their affect on society today. Diving into ‘how art moves through society,’ and how the involvement of the lay person allows their ‘experience to complete the work’.

This in turn, gives the outside responsibility, which shifts the works parameters and meanings.
